Safety
Most days, it is a health and fitness smartwatch. But when something unexpected happens, fall detection and SOS functionality add another layer of reassurance.
A health and fitness smartwatch you actually want to wear.
Fall detection and SOS are there without you having to think about them.
Fall detection
A fall can happen in seconds. Built-in fall detection gives the watch another way to respond when something unexpected happens — because reaching for a phone is not always the easiest option.
What happens next
Built-in motion sensors look for patterns associated with a sudden fall. Detection performance can vary depending on movement and circumstances; not every fall will be detected.
Built-in motion sensors look for patterns associated with a sudden fall. Detection performance can vary depending on movement and circumstances; not every fall will be detected.
Movement and circumstances affect detection. A fall alert is not a guarantee that an emergency will be recognised.
Follow the supplied setup instructions and check phone, connection and contact requirements. Do not rely on this feature as your only way to seek help.
Fall detection and SOS provide an additional way to seek assistance when configured and available. Detection can vary with movement and circumstances. They are not an emergency response or professional monitoring service and cannot guarantee help.
SOS
In a stressful moment, fewer steps matter. The SOS function provides a simple way to begin the watch's emergency process directly from the wrist.
How SOS works
Set up the feature and contacts according to the supplied instructions before use. Phone-based calls require a compatible paired phone nearby, Bluetooth connection and phone network access. Do not assume SOS works independently of your phone. Contact us before purchase if you need a specific alert workflow confirmed.

For families
You cannot always be there. And they would not want you hovering over them every hour of the day. A smartwatch with health monitoring, fall detection and SOS functionality can provide another layer of reassurance without turning everyday life into constant monitoring.
Independence for them. A little more reassurance for you.
Design
The most advanced feature is useless if the watch stays in a drawer. That is why this should feel like a modern smartwatch first. Comfortable. Familiar. Easy to make part of everyday life.
Comfortable enough to wear through the night as well as the day.
A clear, bright display with text you do not have to squint at.
Change the strap and the watch changes with the occasion.
Battery
Less charging. More wearing.

Reassurance for Mum
I bought this mainly for my mum because she’s still very independent but I do worry about her having a fall when nobody’s around. I liked that it doesn’t look like a personal alarm. She wears it as a normal watch, and having the SOS feature alongside things like heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure gives us a bit more reassurance without making her feel like we’re constantly checking on her.

One purchase. No monthly fee.
The biggest thing for me was no monthly fee. I looked at a few elderly alarm services and most of them wanted a subscription on top of the device. I’d rather pay for the watch once and have the safety and everyday smartwatch features together. Much simpler.

Independence comes first
My daughter wanted me to have something in case I ever needed help, but I really didn’t want one of those alarm pendants. This just looks like a normal smartwatch. I can wear it when I’m out walking, doing the garden or going into town and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a medical device.

Easy to read. Easy to use.
I’m 71 and my main worry with smartwatches was that everything would be tiny and complicated. This is much easier than I expected. The screen is big enough for me to see properly and the things I use most are straightforward to get to.

Calls, close at hand
I didn’t think I’d use the calling feature much, but it’s actually really handy. If my phone is nearby and someone calls, I can answer from my wrist instead of trying to find the phone in another room. It’s a small thing but I use it more than I thought I would.

Everyday wellness insights
I originally wanted it for the safety features but I probably look at the health information just as much now. Heart rate, oxygen, sleep and the other readings are useful for keeping an eye on general trends. I don’t treat it like medical equipment, but it gives me a better picture of how I’m doing day to day.

Reassurance without the fuss
Dad lives on his own and absolutely hates us fussing over him. This was a good middle ground. He gets to carry on doing everything normally and we know he has another way to reach someone if he needs to. That was really what we were looking for.

Less time on the charger
One thing I didn’t want was another device that needed charging every single night. I’m quite forgetful with chargers, so having a watch that can go much longer between charges makes a big difference. I’m much more likely to actually keep wearing it.

The features that matter
I was looking at some much more expensive smartwatches before finding this. I didn’t really need loads of apps and fancy extras — I wanted calling, safety features and the basic health information. For what I actually use, this made a lot more sense.

Something we both agreed on
I bought one for my husband because he goes walking on his own most mornings. He wanted a normal watch, I wanted something with an SOS option. This was one of the few things we both agreed on.

Made for an active life
I’m in my 60s and still go to the gym a few times a week, so I wanted something that wasn’t just focused on emergencies. I use it for my workouts, steps, calories and heart rate, then the health and SOS features are there in the background if I ever need them. It feels more like a proper smartwatch than a safety device.
