Who is responsible

SCALE WEB LAB LTD, trading as Safivio, is the data controller for the personal information we use to operate our store. You can contact us at contact@safivio.com or at the registered office below.

Information comes from you, your use of the website and service providers involved in payment, fulfilment or store operation. Full payment-card information is normally processed by Shopify-supported payment providers and is not directly stored by Safivio. The information we receive depends on the payment method and provider.

How and why we use information

• To take payment, process and fulfil orders, send order updates and provide related support: to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before a purchase.
• To maintain accounting and tax records and meet lawful requests: to comply with legal obligations.
• To operate and secure the store, prevent fraud, resolve enquiries and improve our services: our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective business, balanced against your rights.
• To send marketing and use non-essential cookies where permitted: your consent where required, or another lawful basis permitted for that specific activity. You can unsubscribe from marketing or withdraw consent at any time.

We need certain contact, delivery and payment details to fulfil an order. If these are not provided, we may be unable to complete the purchase. Please do not send sensitive medical information through our general support form.

Service providers and sharing

We share information where necessary with Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment and delivery partners, hosting and IT providers, and analytics or marketing services where used and lawfully permitted. These organisations receive the information needed for their role. Some providers act as separate controllers for their own legal, payment or security purposes. We may also share information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not claim that ecommerce information is never shared.

The store is intended for adults making purchases. Safivio does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be removed.
