Safivio is a trading brand operated by SCALE WEB LAB LTD.

1. Agreement

Use of this website and orders placed with Safivio are subject to these terms and applicable consumer protections. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

2. Products

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability accurate. Minor colour differences may occur between screens and devices. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature or compatibility requirement is important to you.

3. GlucoCare SOS wellness disclaimer

GlucoCare SOS is a consumer wellness smartwatch and is not a medical device. Wellness measurements are provided for general informational purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Glucose / blood-analysis features must not replace approved blood glucose monitoring equipment, professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use smartwatch results to make medication or treatment decisions.

4. Safety features

Fall detection and SOS features provide an additional way to seek assistance when configured and available. They should not be relied upon as a replacement for emergency services, professional monitoring or appropriate medical care. Detection performance varies and not every fall will be detected.

Follow the supplied setup and contact instructions before use. Phone-based calling requires a compatible paired phone nearby, a Bluetooth connection and phone network access. Do not assume SOS works independently of a phone. Contact us to confirm any specific alert workflow before purchase. No professional emergency response service is included.

5. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorisation and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods. An automated order receipt acknowledges your request; acceptance is confirmed when we confirm dispatch.

6. Pricing

The price displayed at checkout is the amount charged, including any applicable taxes and clearly disclosed delivery charges. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with any permitted correction. You may cancel for a refund rather than accept a changed price.

7. Payment

Payments are handled through the Shopify-supported payment methods and providers available at checkout. Safivio does not charge a monthly monitoring subscription for standard smartwatch functionality. Normal phone-provider call or data charges may apply.

8. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for destinations, free UK standard tracked delivery, processing times and delivery estimates. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not limit your statutory delivery rights.

9. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the 30-day return window, instructions and postage responsibilities. This policy is additional to your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual property

Safivio branding and original website material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where legally permitted. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights.

11. Third-party services

Store and product functionality may depend on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, compatible mobile operating systems, communications networks and third-party apps or services. Availability and compatibility may vary. This does not remove our responsibilities to you under consumer law.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Products must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. You retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as our store, services or legal requirements change. The version applicable when you place your order applies to that purchase unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
