Shipping Policy

We want delivery information to be clear before you place an order. This policy explains how Safivio orders are processed, shipped and tracked.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Free standard tracked delivery

Standard tracked delivery is free for UK orders.

Processing your order

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays begin processing on the following business day. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time

UK delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days after dispatch. This is carrier transit time and is separate from the 1–2 business day processing period. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send available tracking information to the email address used during checkout.

Address changes

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before fulfilment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delays

Carrier delays, peak periods, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate. This does not limit your statutory rights relating to delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows a problem or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact contact@safivio.com with your order number and relevant details. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person you have nominated, subject to applicable consumer law.
